InnoHikes | Next Level Update – New Partners and Levels
Last week, the new update for the career game InnoHikes | Next Level went live. The release includes new partners, levels and a new feature.
Overall, 20 new companies and universities have been integrated into the app. As a result, the InnoHikes ecosystem is growing steadily and now comprises a total of 50 partners from the Nuremberg metropolitan region. The seven new levels in the app offer young talents additional opportunities to discover regional employers and universities in a playful way, whilst also adding even more variety to the gameplay.

New feature in the talent tree
In addition to expanding the partner network, the update also introduces new gameplay elements to the app. With the current release, the second feature in the talent tree has been unlocked: The Coin Boost 10. Players who reach a total of 8,000 points can activate this feature. The Coin Boost 10 then permanently increases the number of coins collected by 10%.
The expanded talent tree thus offers long-term motivation and helps users further develop their progress individually.

The focus is particularly on a playful approach: by combining gamification elements, exploratory journeys within the app, and interactive content, users are provided with easy access to information about career paths, study options, and employers.
InnoHikes thus contributes to making career orientation more modern, accessible, and practice-oriented, while also increasing the visibility of regional stakeholders.
